About the Recipe
A light yet protein-packed breakfast that's quick to make. This scramble is gentle on the stomach and perfect for fueling a morning walk or a day of play. It's a classic for a reason!

Ingredients
3 large Eggs
1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
¼ cup plain, non-fat Yogurt (or cottage cheese)
¼ cup finely chopped Spinach
2 tablespoons grated Carrot
1 tablespoon finely chopped Parsley (optional, great for fresh breath!)
(Optional: 2 oz of cooked, diced chicken or turkey)
Preparation
Step 1: Whisk the Base
In a medium bowl, crack the 3 eggs. Add the yogurt (or cottage cheese) and whisk together until smooth and well-combined. The yogurt will make the scramble incredibly fluffy.
Step 2: Sauté the Veggies
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the grated carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes to soften slightly. Add the chopped spinach and cook for another minute until just wilted.
Step 3: Cook the Scramble
Pour the egg and yogurt mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. If you are using optional cooked meat, add it now.Gently scramble the mixture by pushing the eggs from the edges toward the center as they cook. Continue until the eggs are fully cooked and no longer runny.
Step 4: Cool and Serve
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley, if using. Allow the scramble to cool completely to room temperature before serving. A hot scramble can burn your dog's mouth.
